The Green Valley Beekeepers Association, Inc. offers a variety of benefits designed to support education, community involvement, and successful beekeeping.
Benefits of membership include:
Voting Rights
All paid members are voting members and may vote on club business, elections, amendments, and affiliations. Members who join after June 30th are considered paid through the end of the following calendar year.
Leadership Opportunities
Members may run for officer or director positions or serve on committees.
Committee Participation
Members may be appointed to committees such as Program, Bylaws, Finance, Nominating, Awards, and other ad hoc groups.
Lifetime Membership
Members become lifetime members at age 80 and no longer pay dues.
Supply Perks
The GVBA may occasionally provide free or discounted supplies to members at meetings or designated pick-up locations.
Equipment Borrowing Program
GVBA members may borrow club‑owned equipment or equipment that members have offered to loan, details below.

Borrowing Guidelines:
- Standard 3‑day borrowing limit (flexible if needed)
- Equipment must be cleaned before returning
